DINAJPUR: Joint forces arrested 49 activists and leaders Jamaat-e-Islami, Chhatra Shibir and BNP form different areas of the district between Saturday midnight and early Sunday.

Police, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) personnel, in nightlong drive, picked up the 49 Shibir-Jamaat and BNP men but no arms were revered during the time.  

District Additional Police Super (crime) Golam Azad Khan confirmed the matte to banglanews.
