DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is likely to join the grand rally of lawyers, scheduled to be held in city on Saturday, protesting the sensational seven-murder in Narayanganj.
The rally will be held at the Supreme Court premises around 10:00am.
Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum secretary general Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon said that BNP standing committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia will preside over the rally.
On April 30, seven bodies including Narayanganj panel mayor Nazrul Islam and his four aides and senior lawyer Chandan Sarker and his driver were found floating in the Shitalakkhya river.
They were kidnapped from Dhaka-Narayanganj link road on April 27.
