Khaleda’s Munshiganj rally starts

DHAKA: BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s Munshiganj rally has started at 3:30pm by reciting from the holy Quran on Wednesday afternoon protesting killing, forced disappearance and abduction and corruption across the country.

Senior leaders of the party, including acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam, have already taken seat in the stage.

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will address the rally as chief guest.  

Earlier, Khaleda Zia left Dhaka at 2:45pm for Munshiganj.

BNP Organizing Secretary Fazlul Haq Milon, Munshiganj BNP President Abdul Hye, general secretary Asgar Mallik and Sadar Upazila BNP President Mohiuddin Ahmed are attending the meeting.
