DHAKA: Jatiya Party chairman, also PM’s special envoy, HM Ershad expressed doubt about proper implementation of the proposed budget for fiscal year 2014-15.

He remarked at a press conference on Saturday noon at his Banani party headquarters in the city.

The former military ruler further said that if the government wants to implement the budget it should establish good governance first.

If good governance is not established, the budget will be a day dream, he commented.

Jatiya Party secretary general Zia Uddin Ahmed Babul and presidium member Syed Abu Hossain Babla MP, among others, were present at the conference.
