RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY: Chhatra Shibir called daylong hartal in Natore, Rajshahi and Chapainawabganj districts for Tuesday, protesting the amputation of a Chhatra Shibir leader of Rajshahi University unit.

Chhatra Shibir’s central assistant publicity secretary Jamal Uddin confirmed the matter to banglanews saying they will observe the shutdown in the districts from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Earlier, miscreants separated the right leg of Russel, secretary of Nawab Abdul Latif Hall unit Chhatra Shibir and a 4th year student of Finance and Banking Department of the university, on the campus on Monday.
