DHAKA: India legend Sachin Tendulkar scored 38 not out on the first day of his 200th and final Test match.
Arriving at the crease in his home city of Mumbai with India 77 for 2, the 40-year-old took the hosts to 157 in response to 182 runs, the outcome of West Indies’ first innings.
Fans hope Sachin will score at least 62 more runs for the century to celebrate his last test after the host side resumes their 2nd day innings on Friday morning.
