DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will reconsider the punishment awarded to the all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan if he regrets for his deeds.

Regarding the matter, National Cricket coach Chandika Hathurusingha will talk to BCB chairman Nazmul Hasan on Thursday.

BCB sources confirmed the matter to banglanews.

BCB chairman became soft about the punishment after talking to Shakib Al Hasan, No 1 all-rounder of cricket world, on Wednesday.

Shakib might appeal for reviewing his punishment, the sources added.
