DHAKA: The Cricket World Cup-2015 trophy is now in the country. Bangladesh is also in those 12 countries that will fight for the cup. Bangladesh cricket skipper on Friday also hoped for winning the World Cup title at one day.

Bangladesh Cricket Team Captain Mushfiqur Rahim expressed his dream to win the cup during taking photos with the cup early in the morning.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) acting chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury introduced the trophy to the media along with national team leader at that time.

Later, the trophy was taken to the Gono Bhaban, official residence of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Sources told banglanews that the PM behold the trophy at that time after the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the board officials brought that to her.

She also blessed the national cricket team members and expressed her hope for their better performance in the up-next matches, sources added.

BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papan and former Bangladesh cricket team captain Naimur Rahman Durjoy were present at that time.

The cricket world cup trophy will be available for all at one of the largest shopping malls Bashundhara City Complex of the city from 12:00pm to 8:00pm Friday.
