Zimbabwe Team arrive in afternoon

DHAKA: The Zimbabwe Cricket Team has arrived in Bangladesh on Friday afternoon for a three-Test and five-ODI series.

The squad reached at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 5:30pm.

During the tour, Zimbabwe will play three Test matches and five one day internationals between October 25 and December 1.

The touring team’s first official press briefing is expected to be held on October 23 at the media conference area of the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in capital’s Mirpur area, said sources.

Test squad: Brendan Taylor (captain), Sikandar Raza, Regis Chakabva, Brian Chari, Tendai Chatara, Elton Chigumbura, Craig Ervine, Tafadzwa Kamungozi, Hamilton Masakadza, Shingi Masakadza, Wellington Masakadza, Natsai M’shangwe, Richmond Mutumbami, John Nyumbu, Tinashe Panyangara, Vusi Sibanda, Malcolm Waller

ODI Squad: Elton Chigumbura, Brendan Taylor, Sikandar Raza, Regis Chakabva, Tendai Chatara, Craig Ervine, Tafadzwa Kamungozi, Hamilton Masakadza, Natsai M’shangwe, Richmond Mutumbami, John Nyumbu, Tinashe Panyangara, Vusi Sibanda, Malcolm Waller, three out of Neville Madziva, Timycen Maruma, Solomon Mire, Peter Moor, Tawanda Mupariwa and Brian Vitori.
