Tigers lost all wickets to score 246 runs with outstanding innings of Tamim Iqbal (81) and Mahmudullah (83).
Pakistani bowlers Mohammad Irfan bagged five wickets while Yasir Shah picked up two wickets.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza won the toss and elected to bat.
Even though Pakistan is tough rival, Bangladesh is capable of giving tough times and can make an upset even before the official World Cup starts only five days away.
