DHAKA: Food Minister Advocate Kamrul Islam categorically said that there is no chance to hold Jatiya Sangsad election before October 21. 

The Minister came up with the assertion while addressing a program at national press club in city on Tuesday noon. 

Kamrul said that there is no scope for dialogue with BNP before 2019 regarding the next parliamentary election as it is no more opposition. 

But talks can be held with the parties those representing the parliament, he added. 

He also opined that BNP realized that boycotting January 5 election was a great mistake.
