FROM NATORE: BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia has claimed that the government is using law enforcers for “political murders”.
The BNP chairperson made the allegation while addressing a mass rally at Siraj-Ud-Daula College ground on Saturday afternoon.
Khaleda Zia also termed incumbent Awami League government illegal.
She said, “There no security of life and wealth during this government as it is illegal. We can’t let it carried on.”
“This government has not been elected by votes of people, so it takes no responsibility of the countrymen while murder, forced abduction and killings have become daily issues,” she added.
Khaleda Zia alleged: “The Awami League government has made whole country a jail. There is not a single political party left which leaders or activists have not been jailed by this government.”
She added: “Leaders and activists are being harassed and thrown into jail if utter any word against the government.”
The former prime minister of the country also alleged that Mahamudur Rahman, Editor of the Daily Amar Desh, has been jailed over a silly matter.
Terming the government is illegal and undemocratic, she urged the people of the country to stage movement against the government in time.
