DHAKA: The Supreme Court set September 30 for the hearing on a petition filed by detained BNP Standing Committee member and ex-minister Mirza Abbas challenging the SC order of stay on his High Court-granted bail in a murder case.

Setting the date, SC chamber judge ABM Khairul Haque sent the petition to a full bench of the Appellate Division for the hearing.
