CENTRAL LONDON: BNP senior vice chairman Tarique Rahman categorically said Bangladesh’s democracy is now in a deep crisis. To protect and develop the democracy and aim to strengthen the base democracy all Bangladeshi expatriates have to be united.
“For the sake of the country and its democracy, BNP has to make powerful and unity in its all sectors has to make strong and integrated”, he stressed.
He came up with the assertion while addressing a view exchange meeting in a restaurant at central London on Wednesday night (London time).
Tarique said that If BNP and country’s democracy fails country will plunge in a great danger. So, all expatriates and democratic forces should come forward to strengthen BNP.
The BNP senior vice chairman said it is proved that the democracy of Bangladesh remains protected in BNP’s hands.
Ex-US BNP committee president Abdul Latif Samrat, vice president Giash Ahmed and ex-general secretary Zillur Rahman Zillu, UK BNP president Shayesta Chowdhury Kuddus and many others attended the meeting.
