DHAKA: A van-puller was killed in a road mishap at the Airport intersection in the city early Monday.  

Sub-Inspector Shariful Islam of Airport Thana said a private car rammed a rickshaw-van in front of Hajrat Sahajalal International Airport intersection at midnight.

Duty police rushed him to Bangladesh Medical College Hospital in critical condition where the duty doctor declared him dead.
    
The driver of the car drove fast and managed to flee the scene.
