DHAKA: A number of joint secretary-level officials have been given transfers and postings in a latest round of reshuffle in the administration of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government.

Separate notifications of the Establishment Ministry Monday said Director-General of Bangladesh Petroleum Institution Abul Fatah Mohammad Bakhtiar was removed and relegated to OSD to keep in wait for next assignment.

Md. Zakir Hossain (OSD) under Establishment Ministry was posted to the Health and Family Welfare Ministry as joint secretary while Joint Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Ministry Omar Khaiyam made OSD (officer on special duty).

KBM Omar Faruque Chowdhury of the Health and Family Welfare Ministry was also made OSD under the Establishment Ministry and Shafiqul Islam Lasker (OSD) of the Establishment Ministry appointed joint secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Ministry.
