Road accident kills one in Thakurgaon; bus driver held

THAKURGAON: A bus hit a parked van and killed the van puller on the spot in Baliadangi town of Thakurgaon Friday morning.

Witnesses said that a Dhaka bound bus of Babul Enterprise from Ranisangkoil hit the parked van, killing its puller Rafiqul on the spot at around 9 am.

Boliadangi thana OC Golam Sorwar Bhuyia said that following the incident they seized the bus and arrested its driver.
